I find Thane to be extremely thorough, knowledgeable, helpful and efficient! He has been servicing our furnace and fireplace for a few years now and he helped fix a very noisy furnace blower motor a couple times (older furnace) and immediately noticed issues that one other local company that I used to use for servicing (prior to learning about him) didn’t bother to mention or recommend it be fixed.
