Thane is beyond helpful! I stopped in there one day with issues on my oven power. He downloads the schematic and helps me start troubleshooting. A couple days later he calls me out of the blue [ON A SUNDAY!] and has me meter out some of the power inputs on the oven and he finds there is an electrical issue and recommends I get an electrician out instead of ordering oven parts.
